Paint Line Maintenance Technician - Full-Time, Direct Hire | Anderson, SC

We're seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and keep our high-efficiency paint line operations running at top performance. This Paint Line Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, direct hire position with excellent pay, a steady 12-hour night shift schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $35.77/hr
  
  
• After 3 Months: $36.49/hr
  
  
• After 1 Year: $37.20/hr
  
  
• Shift Differential: +$1/hr for night shift
  
  
• Shift: 12-hour night shift

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred for Maintenance Technicians
  
  
• 5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician maintaining large production equipment
  
  
• Experience maintaining automated paint line systems and related equipment
  
  
• Familiarity with ABB robots; FANUC experience is a plus for Maintenance Technicians
  
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  
  
• Proven troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime in the Maintenance Technician role
  
  
• Basic computer skills and maintenance documentation experience

What You Will Do

• As a Paint Line Maintenance Technician, perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on paint line equipment and auxiliaries
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime in the Maintenance Technician role
  
  
• Maintain and update maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
  
  
• Supervise external contractors during maintenance and repair projects
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as a Maintenance Technician
  
  
• Support training efforts for other Maintenance Technicians
  
  
• Participate in equipment setup, tuning, and improvement projects
