Requirements:

#Position Responsibilities

*We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated A&P Mechanic to join our Client's team in Greenville, SC. The A&P Mechanic will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration tasks on various aircraft types in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to precision and safety.

#Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

* Must have a High School Diploma or GED. (Must be on the resume)

* Must have a valid A&P License.

* Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent A&P Mechanic experience, but 5 is preferred.

* Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience with General Aviation is required. Turbo-prop and/or jets smaller than a Gulfstream jet.

* Must have a steady work history.

* Must have a valid driver's license.

*Must have own tools

#Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with specific aircraft models that are relevant to our Clients' operations (Gulfstream, Citation, Learjet, King Air, etc.).

* Experience with avionics systems and troubleshooting.

* Inspection Authorization (IA).

#Job Duties

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components, including but not limited to airframe, engines, landing gear, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems.

* Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems.
* Performs all airframe, power plant, and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements.
* Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing of aircraft systems.
* Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments.
* Completes all required maintenance records.
* Accurately records time worked on a work order.
* Presents a clean and neat work area to our customers.
* Interprets technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
* Tows and parks aircraft.
* Performs other aircraft maintenance work as may be required.
