Job Summary:

Establish, maintain, and ensure consistent application of PAI's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and CCMS (Computerized Calibration Management System) systems. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required on the job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the execution of all work processes in BMRAM, which is the system PAI Pharma has chosen and implemented as their RAM (Regulatory Asset Management) system.
  1. The CMMS Administrator will serve as the SME for all audits of the BMRAM system and related Work.
  1. Provide KPI reporting for PM attainment and Work Execution in BMRAM.
  1. Work with Engineering and Maintenance to improve overall Equipment Reliability.
  1. Assign PAI Equipment numbering to all new assets following SOP guidelines and create new assets in BMRAM.
  1. Coordinate with the necessary departments accordingly to maintain and manage equipment asset records and preventative maintenance schedules.
  1. Work with maintenance and calibration to develop the base documentation of all electronic records including frequency, priority and minimum inventory.
  1. Provide advice and participate in the training of CMMS users. Perform periodic audits and analysis of the preventative maintenance program and present to Department Managers and/or Supervisors.
  1. Work with Parts Room personnel to streamline parts purchasing and manage spare parts within the spare parts system. Ensure adequate levels of parts are available based on historical consumption data and projected equipment utilization.
  1. Oversee incoming Work Requests in BMRAM and follow up as necessary to ensure prompt execution of Work Requests.
  1. Manage the CCMS module within Blue Mountain. Similar to the CMMS module-establish equipment and labor as resources, create schedule for necessary calibrations and ensure calibrations occur as required to meet cGMP guidelines.
  1. Create and revise SOPs as necessary related to the CMMS and CCMS activities. Prepare and present training presentations related to the CMMS and CCMS.
  1. Work in multi-functional teams (M&E, Validation, QA, QC, etc.) to enhance and facilitate overall operational success.
  1. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • A 2-year technical degree or higher, and 5 years' working experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of, and skill in using, CMMS database management hardware and software required.
  • New implementation of a CMMS system is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a cGMP manufacturing or packaging organization is desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Capability and experience with AutoCAD desired.
  • 2 years' experience in Blue Mountain preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • This position requires the individual be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Standard office equipment is used.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced. environment. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus. Safety Glass are required on the floor.
