In this role, you'll partner with teams across the organization to design smarter workflows, align technology with strategy, and deliver insights that drive real impact for our customers and employees.

What You'll Be Doing

• Automate & Optimize: Build scalable solutions using RPA, Alteryx, and other tools to streamline operations.
• Strategize & Align: Collaborate with business units to ensure applications support strategic goals.
• Design the Future: Map out current and future state workflows that improve efficiency and experience.
• Lead Change: Manage testing, training, and rollout of system updates and enhancements.
• Discover Opportunities: Identify integration points and process improvements across departments.
• Deliver Insights: Use data to solve complex challenges and support decision-making at scale.
• Drive Roadmaps: Work with senior leaders to shape strategic initiatives and analytics priorities.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.

Your Background

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in IT, banking, or operations with a strong track record of process improvement and project delivery.

Required:

• Proficiency in RPA, Alteryx, Tableau, and project management tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions

Preferred:

• Familiarity with design thinking or product management principles
• Experience with banking systems like FISERV Premier, AFS Vision, Meridian Link, NewGen, Q2

POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

TRAVEL

This position requires up to 10% travel.
