Inbound Calls Only High Earning Potential Make a Difference Daily
Are you passionate about helping others and ready to guide Medicare beneficiaries toward better healthcare
choices? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Medicare Call Center Specialists - where
every call is an opportunity to educate, empower, and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Educate Medicare beneficiaries about plan options and eligibility
- Guide callers through the enrollment process with clarity and care
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining full compliance
- Maintain a professional and compassionate tone with every caller

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
- Medicare knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a heart for helping others

Hours & Location
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Greenville, SC
