Position Summary
The Jr. AM is responsible for partnering with an assigned customer base and ensuring the satisfaction and long-term success of those customers. Two key activities are maximizing the upselling and reducing the churn for current accounts. The Jr. AM will communicate regularly with customers to understand their business and associated challenges and will offer solutions to address these challenges. The Jr. AM will work cooperatively with other AMs to ensure consistent coverage and uncompromising support for all DartPoints customers. The Jr. AM will provide administrative sales support as required to assigned outside sales team members.
