We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrician/Mechanic) to support daily operations, equipment maintenance, and facility needs on 1st shift.This role is ideal for a technician with a strong mix of electrical and mechanical skills, who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and takes pride in minimizing downtime and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing and facility equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and document work performedFabricate and install equipment using standard mechanical and electrical toolsUse measuring and diagnostic tools including multimeters, calipers, micrometers, vibration analyzers, and moreRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentsSupport facility maintenance including lighting, minor plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, and general building upkeepCommunicate effectively with team leads and production staff to prioritize repairsEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and internal protocolsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performanceKeep work areas safe, clean, and organizedOpen to learning new tools such as mills, grinders, lathes, and welders Ideal Candidate Will Have:High School Diploma or GED preferredElectrical or mechanical vocational training, trade school, or equivalent experience5-6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and equipment repair (preferred)Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniquesFamiliarity with preventive maintenance systems and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsWillingness to work independently and take initiative Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 45 lbs, and use hands/tools throughout the shiftAbility to work in a moderately loud environment while wearing required PPE (eye, ear, hand, foot protection) EXCELLENT Benefits (Upon Full-Time Hire): Why Join Us?Work for a growing, respected manufacturer with a strong team cultureCompetitive pay with regular hours and stabilityFull benefits package when hired on full-timeHands-on work where your skills truly matter Apply today to take the next step in your maintenance career with a company that values your expertise and provides long-term opportunity.Background checks, drug tests, and a valid driver's license are required in addition to longevity with past employers to be considered for this opportunity.
