Job Details

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of necessary measures to ensure series quality
• Support the implemenentation of necessary measures within the framework of quality improvement programmes
• Monitor of product quality and scrap rate: defect analysis, continuous improvement process (CIP /Scrap Problem Solving), tracking of corrective and improvement actions
• Support the development and implementation of local BU quality standards in coordination with BU Quality (quality work instructions, border line catalog, etc.)
• Support the production team in all quality related issues on a daily basis by being present on the shopfloor
• Support customer audits for the Business Unit and execution of correlated actions
• Assist in handling the 8D process in case of customer complaints and provide the 8D report for the Customer Quality Engineer and the customer portals
• Assist in handling 8D process in case of customer complaints in BU plant to provide related 8D report to Customer Quality Engineeras well as the customer portals
• Conduct audits (layered audits, process audits, 5S audits, LPA, etc.)
• Responsible for implementing necessary measures from the PFMEA
• Other duties, as assigned

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection (manufacturing/automotive environment, preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Document Control, Continuous Improvement)
• Knowledgeable in using quality measurement tools and software
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
