The Client Advocate (CA) is a key client-facing role within WTW's Construction industry vertical division (IVD), responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients in the construction sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry's unique challenges, risks, and regulatory landscape, enabling the CA to deliver tailored solutions that support clients' strategic and operational goals. As a Client Advocate, you will lead Middle to Lower Middle Market accounts and support broader Middle Market engagements. You'll identify and develop new opportunities by expanding services, products, and solutions with existing clients. You will also contribute to the RFP process, participate in oral presentations, and help shape compelling pitches. Comfort with developing innovative, client-centric solutions is essential. In addition to client responsibilities, the CA will collaborate with the Head of Client Advocacy on operational initiatives including training, performance metrics (KPIs), turnaround times, quality and adoption standards, and compliance-related matters.
