Company Overview:Selectek is recruiting a Senior Piping Estimator for a leading MEP firm in the Greenville, SC area. This firm specializes in designing, installing, and fabricating MEP solutions, with additional fabrication capabilities in Piedmont, SC. We are seeking an experienced estimator to provide accurate and competitive project estimates and collaborate with project teams on proposals.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Mechanical Piping8+ years of experience in estimating within industrial/construction environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven teamwork skillsKey Responsibilities:Develop competitive job estimates for project managers.Accurately price all project revisions and changes.Notify project managers of project changes and revisions.Collaborate with project managers and assistant project managers to create detailed project proposals.Job Details:Pay Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year (flexible for well-qualified candidates)Additional Information: Business casual attire (including jeans); background check and 10-panel drug screen requiredIdeal Candidate:We are looking for a professional with solid experience in mechanical piping and estimating who thrives in a collaborative environment and can ensure accurate, timely project estimates.
