Under limited supervision, provides technical support for the manufacturing of electronic components used in medical devices. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, programming and setting up automated and manual equipment, maintaining production tools, and analyzing non-conforming products. This role also involves training production staff, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. The position requires the ability to perform standard assignments, troubleshoot issues with multiple potential solutions, and adapt work methods to meet varying production needs.
