Join our dedicated team as a Mobile Phlebotomist Specialist! In this role, you will:

• Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities and Private Residential homes to provide outstanding service to patients.
• Treat all customers with courtesy and respect, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collect urine, oral fluid, and phlebotomy specimens accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Complete requisitions with precision and process specimens for transport.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation, keeping all collection logs current.
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and customer log maintenance, as well as required data entry.
• Submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and policies, including grooming and dress codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, coworkers, and the public, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Actively participate in problem resolution by reporting any issues to management immediately.
• Keep your work area organized and clean, disposing of biohazard containers according to schedule.
• Assist in inventory management and stock supplies as needed.
• Be a team player by participating in special projects and responding to assigned tasks.
