Staffmark is hiring a Beamer Operator to join a leading textile manufacturing facility in Belton, SC. If you have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience and enjoy hands-on, detail-driven work, this is a great opportunity to step into a long-term role with room to grow.Pay: $16.75 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday* Training: 1st shift | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM* Post-training shift: 2nd (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM), depending on candidate availabilityResponsibilities:* Creel a minimum of 400 yarn packages per 8-hour shift* Complete type style changes on assigned beamers within management time standards* Set up empty beams and draw yarn into combs and eyelets* Enter production data accurately into the DataTex system* Operate both manual and motorized warp jacks* Clean defective yarn packages and maintain a clean work area* Stage yarn trucks and boxes; push large yarn trucks as needed* Relieve other operators and assist with creel maintenance* Operate and doff assigned beamers* Always follow proper safety proceduresWhat You Bring:* Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience* Forklift experience and ability to operate motorized/manual warp jacks* Good manual dexterity and physical stamina* Ability to work a minimum 9-hour shift* Able to squat, kneel, or sit on a concrete floor while lifting 20 lbs* Ability to distinguish between different colors* Able to lift up to 20 lbs overhead and step up/down on machineryWhy You'll Love Working with Staffmark:We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and financial well-being.
