MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support production efficiency, improve quality processes, and drive lean initiatives to meet safety, compliance, and operational goals. This is a contract opportunity with direct hire potential.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  OR
• High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering roles (or equivalent)

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of complex and technical concepts within area of expertise
• Proficient in related intersecting technologies
• Comfortable with hands-on work involving equipment

• Support safety improvement efforts in alignment with the cell roadmap
• Develop tracking systems and action plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure consistent product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 5S, operational rigor, standard work, and training plans
• Ensure project priorities align with business needs
• Create work instructions and procedures to support operator training and maintain process control
• Support product qualifications as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
