PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an Aerospace Final Assembly & Checkout Technician to join our team supporting a leading aerospace and defense program. In this role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (Crew Chief, Phase Maintenance, Plane Captain, etc.)
• Experience in aircraft systems operation and maintenance, including:
  
  • Landing gear
  • Powerplants
  • Flight controls
  • Fueling/Defueling
  • Aircraft movement / Launch & Recovery
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including 1st Shift (5:30am-4:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-1:30am), or weekend schedules
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and inspection skills

Preferred Skills

• F-16 or other fighter aircraft maintenance experience
• Prior aerospace and defense industry background

Position Details

• Location: Greenville, SC
• Pay Rate: $34.00-$38.00/hour (OT after 40 hours)
• Schedule:
  
  • 1st Shift (5:30am-4:00pm) or 2nd Shift (3:00pm-1:30am), Mon-Thurs
  • Weekend shifts: Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon (same hours as above)

You will play a key role in ensuring mission-critical aircraft meet operational and safety standards, supporting production readiness in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
