Responsibilities:
  • Review specifications and drawings with Sales and Engineering to ascertain scope of work and develop a plan for the method of construction. Develop an estimate for installation costs including site labor, supervision, and field support.
  • Manage all project stakeholders with respect to the progress of the projects.
  • Ensure manpower, material handling, safety, site purchasing, and rentals are coordinated.
  • Monitor and control all costs of the assigned project(s).
  • Prepare project schedules, status reports, and manpower reports with respect to site conditions, equipment deliveries, site progress, and other action items.
  • Ensure mandatory pre-job site meetings with site supervisor and the client with respect to hazard assessment and protection of customer property.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Less than 1 year of experience required.
  • 4-year degree preferably in construction/ project management or related field.
  • Basic understanding of industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Familiarity with project management skills.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control standards.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to learn project management software.
