If you're ready to join our winning team, start filling out an application today!Responsibilities•Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.•Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to align with business goals, seasonal trends, and property listings.•Email Marketing: Manage and grow the email list, create campaigns/newsletters, and track performance metrics.•Website Management: Update property listings, blogs, and team pages to ensure accurate and engaging content.•Blog Posting: Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly articles and property-related content.•Client Event Management: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing client appreciation events and community activities.•Advertising Oversight: Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and social media ads, coordinating with vendors/agencies when needed.•Graphic Design (Limited): Create simple graphics, marketing materials, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.•Brand Strategy: Support team branding initiatives by ensuring consistent voice, style, and messaging across platforms.•Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed to support the team's success.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).•1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry.•Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.), and website CMS platforms.•Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) preferred.•Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.•Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools (basic level).•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.•A proactive team player with creativity and problem-solving skills.
