Develop, implement, and maintain the bank's privacy program, including policies, procedures, and training. Monitor and interpret federal and state privacy laws (e.g., GLBA, CCPA, HIPAA where applicable) and ensure compliance. Conduct privacy impact assessments (PI - As) and data protection risk assessments. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure privacy-by-design principles are embedded in new products and services. Manage and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and potential data breaches. Lead privacy audits and assessments and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Serve as the primary point of contact for privacy-related inquiries from regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders.
