Creates Programmable Logical Control (PLC) programs and HMI applications from User Requirements or Functional Specifications Performs loop checks and basic control system checkout tasks. Configures communication interfaces to other control systems. Basic understanding of standard instrumentation. Devises and maintains?electrical?schematics?and?piping?and?instrumentation drawings (P&ID). Optimizes?and tunes?automatic control systems?utilizing PLCs Design electrical packages by laying out I/ O, fusing, control panel layouts, bills of material, and cable layouts. Creates all project documents according to internal processes to ensure that designs meet Clients expectations. Specify and configure VFD and Servo drives for applications. Performs system validation according to scope documentation and project requirements.
