Assist the Team Leader in all aspects of the job to ensure the Press Line runs at maximum efficiency. Ensure that safe work practices are followed at all times and PPE equipment is being worn by Associates on the line. Assist the Team Leader with training of new Associates. Assist with maintaining department housekeeping standards. Be certain that Associates are following the work instructions for the line. Relieve the Team Leader for breaks and assume responsibility as Team Leader to cover for vacations and/or weekends. Provide relief on the line when Associates go on breaks. Provide other job duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader. Perform other duties as required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months experience. Previous Press shop experience, knowledge of how to run a Press line. Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.
