Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee and manage project teams, including project engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Lead regular project meetings and provide ongoing communication with internal and external teams.
Manage risk, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track.
Monitor progress and provide accurate reporting to leadership and clients.
Support and mentor junior staff to promote professional development and project success.

The Successful Applicant
10+ years experience with a general contractor
MUST have previous project experience on ground-up new builds >$50 million
4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT
