We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA - Test Specialist to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our software products through systematic testing and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand features and functionalities
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and/or automated test cases
• Identify, record, and track bugs using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective
• Ensure compliance with QA processes, best practices, and standards
• Provide detailed reports on software quality and test coverage
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Basic job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
• Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
• Basic understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Other job requirements:

• Proof of U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred qualifications:

• ISTQB Certification or equivalent
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
