As a member of the Information Services Department, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding phone and email support as a first point of contact for users calling about computer questions, issues, and requests. This individual communicates courteously and effectively to all attorneys and staff to ensure high-level customer service standards are met. The required work schedule for this position is 11:00 am-8:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 am-5:00 pm Pacific Time).

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:
