Your Role as a Physical Rehabilitation Therapist

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct care to inpatients requiring physical therapy.
• Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans while supervising treatments.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental needs to promote recovery.
• Celebrate each patient's achievements, big or small.

Qualifications for Success

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience.
