Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, with the ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and resolve impediments.
- Bachelor's degree and experience in hybrid project management (Agile + Waterfall).
- Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM; prior government project experience.
- General understanding of programming concepts and database querying.
