This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and perform construction processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided Manage your time and materials responsibility Communicate with project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyPosition RequirementsValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)knowledgeable in drywall, trim carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical installing techniques training certificates are a plus Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
