This role is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with strong Siemens S7-300 and S7-1500 experience, panel design skills, and a background in fast-paced industrial environments.Key Responsibilities:Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-300 and S7-1500)Support conversion of legacy systems to S7-1500Design control panels using AutoCAD 2016Develop and modify HMI systems using TIA Portal (V15.1–V18) and Simatic ManagerLead start-up and commissioning activitiesRead and interpret electrical schematicsCollaborate across departments to execute capital projectsEnsure all work complies with NEC and NFPA standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Siemens PLC programming (S7-300 and S7-1500) – must-haveTIA Portal V15.1–V18 and Simatic Manager proficiencyAutoCAD 2016 for electrical panel designExperience in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsFamiliar with VFDs, commissioning, and system troubleshootingKnowledge of NEC and NFPA codesBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experienceStrong communication skills and a self-starter mentalityCandidates with only Allen-Bradley experience will not be considered.No sponsorship or OPT accepted.Position Highlights:Direct Hire | Onsite role (no remote)Location: Pell City, AL 35125Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM CSTMinimal travel (approx. 10% annually to sister plant)Strong team culture with long-tenured leadershipCompetitive pay and full benefits package:Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: ~ $120K–$125K15% Annual Bonus401(k) with 4.5% match$500 Lifestyle BenefitStock OptionsVacation, PTO, and Paid HolidaysPaid Life and Disability InsuranceRelocation Assistance (case-by-case basis)Apply TodaySubmit your resume and availability to be considered.
