A Carpet Cleaning Technician is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:Become proficient in carpet and tile cleaning with both residential and commercial properties. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork. Document all related information of job for accurate job costing. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment. Apply expert knowledge to treat and remove spots and stains effectively. Perform air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning to ensure comprehensive care for our client's properties. Participate in on-call rotation. Travel to other locations within South Carolina with potential overnight stays. Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
