Commercial Loan Operations Assistant (LOA)Are you ready to make a significant impact in the commercial lending process? United Community is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial LOA to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Commercial Loan Closers to support both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless credit facilitation process. What You'll Do:Provide sales and administrative support to CRMs and other partners. Assist in loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking necessary information for risk assessment and underwriting. Prepare written communications on behalf of CRMs, such as commitment letters, term sheets, and thank you notes. Monitor reporting and identify necessary actions for maturities, auto-renew letters of credit, insurance, and real estate taxes. Provide exceptional service and respond to internal and external customer requests.
