What You Will Be Doing

• Taking complete ownership of a critical expansion domain (regulatory, facilities, operations, or finance) with full decision-making authority
• Orchestrating cross-functional execution across multiple markets simultaneously
• Creating scalable playbooks and processes where none currently exist
• Working directly alongside founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure
• Leveraging AI and automation to create operational efficiencies and accelerate timelines

• Navigating bureaucratic approval chains – you'll have direct access to decision-makers

Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities

You will drive one essential operational pillar of our national expansion strategy from concept to completion. You'll build systems, solve problems, and deliver results across multiple markets simultaneously. While we'll match you to your optimal domain based on experience, you'll have complete ownership of your vertical and be accountable for its success.

Basic Requirements

Our expansion demands exceptional operational talent across multiple disciplines. Regardless of your specific vertical, you must demonstrate speed, clarity of thought, and relentless execution.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 7-10 years professional experience including 3-5 years at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group)
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Specialized expertise in at least one key area: regulatory compliance, physical infrastructure development, operational systems implementation, or financial operations at scale
• Exceptional analytical thinking paired with bias for action – capable of independent execution
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately 25% of time
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
