Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in litigation preferred.
- Must be admitted to practice in South Carolina
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and required client reports
- Taking depositions of lay witnesses and expert witnesses
- Retaining and preparing expert witnesses
- Conducting legal research
- Communicating with clients and opposing attorneys
- Managing a full caseload from beginning to end
