S: Core expected tasks will include (but not be limited to): Closely monitor the production lines assigned, resolve, escalate and document downtime. Basic line operations including HMI operations, robotics operations, electrode changes, correctly teaching weld tolerances and changeovers. Document, tag and return all external repairable components to the main crib so they can be sent out for repair. Document, tag and return unused items to crib. Perform maintenance TP - Ms on all lines and cells and Level 1 maintenance P - Ms. Maintain maintenance shop 5 S. Perform rebuilds on components. Once your CORE expected tasks have been completed you will assist a competent Maintenance Technician with the following:Troubleshoot equipment to determine automation stoppage/downtime. Remove defective equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.) and replace with rebuilt/new. Start line and verify change was successful.
