The Front Office Administrator ensures timely scheduling of patients, verification of patient's insurance and benefits prior to their appointment and updating all information within our system. Essential Functions: Collaborate with center staff to schedule patients for appropriate clinical coverage and clinical treatments. Ensure availability of resources, supplies, and equipment for scheduled services Knowledge of all revenue cycle components, registration, billing, collections, and denials. Perform auditing to ensure documentation supports reimbursement.
