With a focus on modular construction, this organization is scaling rapidly expanding operations into a brand-new multi-acre facility in South Carolina. They are looking for an HR Manager to join their team!

Your new role

As the HR Manager, youll be the go-to person for all things people-related at the new headquarters. Youll lead recruitment efforts for both skilled trades and salaried roles, support onboarding and safety training, and play a key role in building a strong, values-driven culture. This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite role where youll work closely with leadership and production teams to scale the workforce and support day-to-day HR operations.

What you will need to succeed

• A bachelors degree and at least 4 years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in broader HR functions
• Proven success hiring large volumes of production-level workers under tight timelines
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paychex), benefits administration, and onboarding
• Familiarity with workers compensation laws and compliance
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting both blue-collar and corporate teams
