This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee. During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will move into a Recruiter role and be responsible for the following:Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience. Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching to talent around market-trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills. Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, increasing your ability to identify the best talent for a specific customer requirement.
