The People & Culture Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted support to employees. This role ensures that human resources practices are aligned with business goals by providing guidance in the core human resources functions such as employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and organizational change. This role helps build a positive workplace culture, supports people-focused initiatives, and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
This role is based in Kershaw, South Carolina and requires you to work onsite.
