We are seeking a skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team and support the health and performance of our athletes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventing, diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries and, for collaborating with coaches, physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Job Description:Job Duties:Provide immediate care and injury assessment during practices, games, and events. Develop and implement injury prevention programs, including taping, bracing, and conditioning regimens. Create and manage rehabilitation programs for injured athletes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of treatment plans and progress. Communicate effectively with coaches, athletes, parents and medical personnel regarding injury status and recovery. Assist in coordinating physician referrals and follow-up care.
