Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConstruction Materials Branch ManagerHiring Now!Training AvailableConstruction Materials Group, Inc., a source for all concrete construction related materials, tools and equipment, is seeking a full-time Branch Manager to join our new Greenville, NC location.We have an immediate need for a hard working, career-oriented individual to drive sales and manage retail operations. Position will lead sales team and develop and execute strategies to grow market share, manage retail storefront, operations and deliveries.EXPERIENCE:· Leadership experience in construction material sales desired, but not required.· Experience leading a sales team and developing sales and pricing strategies.· Familiarity with construction practices and bid processes desired.· Logistics and Supply Chain experience helpful.· Prefer candidates who are technically competent and mechanically inclined with excellent problem solving, analytical, IT and managerial skills.· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.· Must be well-organized with efficient time management skills in order to handle a dynamic workload.Operating hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm.
