Gilder Search Group is currently partnering with a very established and growing Greenville area company to identify a Benefits Manager to join their team. This role will serve as the primary internal contact to explain available benefits and resolve benefit issues. It will also work closely with outside brokers to drive effective policies and pricing for the company. Other duties includes leading the open enrollment process and communicating policy changes to the business.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the business are a must. This role is onsite, our client has built a very good corporate culture and offers a very competitive compensation package.
