Job Description

Haile Gold Mine located in South Carolina is the largest gold mine on the East Coast of America. Our employees are at the heart of all we do. The People & Culture Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted support to employees. This role ensures that human resources practices are aligned with business goals by providing guidance in the core human resources functions such as employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and organizational change. This role helps build a positive workplace culture, supports people-focused initiatives, and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.


This role is based in Kershaw, South Carolina and requires you to work onsite.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Minimum 3years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge in American labor laws
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
  • High proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
