Responsibilities

  • Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability
  • Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement
  • Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives

  • Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations
  • Build, coach, train, and engage the team to deliver excellent customer service and business results
  • Manage inventory, assets, safety, and operational issues
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the store and delivery vehicles
  • Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous improvement
  • Grow customer relationships and ensure positive experiences in-store and via phone

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn automotive topics
  • Passion for customer care and building relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Bonus: Automotive industry background, experience in retail or management, ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How
