Description:

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all kitchen operations and ensuring meal preparation aligns with corporate standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Develops and adjusts menus based on established standards Trains kitchen staff on food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for all kitchen areas Manages inventory to ensure availability and cost control Ensures compliance with all health and sanitation regulations Performs additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience 35 years of progressive kitchen/culinary management experience Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use Extensive catering experience preferred High-volume foodservice experience strongly preferred Serv.
