Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provides excellent customer service while providing clerical and administrative services; monitoring, ordering, and stocking supplies; and maintaining a safe work environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Establishes and maintains excellent rapport with Registered Nurses, physicians, and with unit and hospital staff. Establishes and maintains excellent rapport and public relations with patients, families, and visitors. Essential Functions.
