Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a professional and compassionate Memory Support Care Partner to join our team to help create warm, homelike experience for all residents on a PRN basis. Memory Support Care Partner Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Participate in social and recreational activities with residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
