We are looking for an innovative and self-motivated Lead AI Software Engineer II to spearhead our new AI Engineering team. This role will lead the development of our AI infrastructure and capabilities built on AWS Bedrock, expanding our existing Secure. GPT platform. The ideal candidate will drive the creation of agentic workflow capabilities, integrate external AI services via Model Context Protocol, and build AI workflow and orchestration systems to bring intelligence to all our products. This position requires a visionary leader with a can-do spirit who can transform complex AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions while collaborating closely with Data Science teams to leverage data-driven insights. The role includes ownership of test automation strategy and implementation for all AI systems.
