What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Regulatory Operations to secure essential state and local approvals for new campuses.
• Spearhead Campus Expansion by managing construction projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Oversee Student Systems & Support, including onboarding processes, provisioning, and change management.
• Drive Financial Operations, taking charge of budgets, financial models, and comprehensive reporting.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
• 10+ years of leadership in regulated, scaled, or critical launch environments.
• Specialized expertise in public approvals, site launches, internal operations, or financial oversight.
• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance efficiency and delivery speed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with readiness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
