Vice President Facilities Key Responsibilities

As a vertical leader, you'll take complete ownership of your operational domain. Success means delivering measurable outcomes, meeting aggressive timelines, and maintaining unwavering accountability. Your track will be yours to define, develop, and drive to excellence.

Basic Requirements

We're seeking exceptional leaders across multiple operational verticals. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strategic consulting pedigree from a top-tier firm (MBB or equivalent)
• Proven track record with 10+ years leading complex operations in high-stakes environments
• Distinguished expertise in at least one of:
• Strategic navigation of regulatory and approval processes
• End-to-end site launch and vendor management
• Development and execution of mission-critical operational systems
• Multi-entity financial leadership and strategic planning
• Proficiency with AI-enhanced productivity tools
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and capability to travel 25% of the time

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
