Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Structural Designer who will support a government contract in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities for the Structural Designer: · Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines, project management, vendors and clients · Execute work in compliance with Project Quality Plan and procedures · Execute work in accordance with the approved project scope, cost and schedule baselines · Perform bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations · Provide technical support to activities associated with equipment and material procurement and subcontracting including review of vendor submittals · Provide technical support to activities associated with construction administration including response to construction requests-for-information and field changes Qualifications for the Structural Designer: · Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering · 5 years of structural design of big plants or cap ex facilities · Design-Build of Cap Ex Projects · CAD Software: RISA 3D, STAAD, STAAD Pro, or similar CAD tools. Compensation for the Structural Designer: * $120,000 - $130,000 *Depending on Experience.
* Per Diem included lodging, food and a car allowance
