Job Details

Designs new products with existing or new technology, creating product layouts and detailed product drawings and documentation. Manages design projects from conception through release to production. Solves functional, application or production problems using 8-D, Design of Experiments and/or other methodologies. Reduces product cost and improves product quality by working with Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing. Works with Sales Managers and Applications Engineering to identify and provide solutions for new customer opportunities. Modifies and creates drawings, test procedures and bill of materials. Organizes and prioritizes assignments to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Demonstrates flexibility, responds positively and supports changes in procedures, processes, responsibility and assignments.
