You Have:
· Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years administrative experience in office of site selection, economic development, commercial real estate, or management consulting business
· Proficiency in software tech including Microsoft Office; exceptional communication skills, and outstanding organizational abilities
· High emotional intelligence: proactive problem-solving mindset and handles confidential information with discretion. Experience within an organization operating EOS a plus.

As an experienced Executive Assistant to the Founder, you shine at:
· Calendar Management: Manage schedule, complex domestic and international travel arrangements; email management, and maintaining highest confidentiality
· Founder Liaison: Point of contact for internal team, external stakeholders; supporting thought leadership initiatives and client communications
· Meeting Support: Coordinating events, special projects, pre-meeting research, with exceptional follow-through and coordination with marketing and other team members
